How to get rid of fear?

  1. First acknowledge it. This is part of your self-awareness journey.
  2. Gratitude
    It’s not possible to maintain both emotions of fear and gratitude at the same time as they are completely different frequencies of the vibrational energy spectrum. Even if you have to fake it initially to get into the groove, think of the opposite of what your fearful of and be grateful for it and don’t use any negative words.
    Eg it’s not I am so happy and grateful now that I don’t have Coronavirus.

    Instead use:-

I am so happy and grateful now that I am a beacon of absolute vibrant powerful health which flows and radiates out from me. I have an awesome immune system and am so happy and grateful for it and my amazingly super powerful organs. Thank you Universe/God/The Force/Yoda (insert whatever resonates with you here).

  1. Gain knowledge and implement. Fear is often because you are ignorant about a specific area you are “fearful” of. It may be book knowledge, spiritual knowledge, school of life knowledge, more understanding of a situation through better communication and listening etc
  2. You have two options now. Retreat, shy away and hide and shrink OR rise to the occasion like a phoenix powered with gratitude and your new life lessons and knowledge, rise high with a strong warrior/superhero(again whatever resonates but it’s about a power for good) attitude and inner avatar trust your inner power and go forth and embrace and enjoy life. If the situation is currently too much then be calm for now but keep going on your hero(ine) journey. This is the way. And so it is.
